I know 3 that write them locally in DFW...but none will lend outside of Dallas - Fort Worth.

I interned in Dallas through summer and fall and rented in the Oak Lawn area.

We are currently living in Corpus Christi, TX, but will be moving to Dallas in 6 mo.

We had a screwed up probate issue in Dallas that led me to conclude that the worst thing you can to is not act.

@Kathy Henley Thank you so much i really appreciate this..I will apply this steps you just highlighted,,However,I would also like to know you if you maybe interested in the Texas Market,I am an active investor in Dallas,the deals here here are great and a lot of renters available.Many of the properties are already in 100% occupancy with a high cash on cash returns.it's booming here..

Hello you all,I'm marketing for wholesale deals in Dallas, TX and it's seeming at 70% of ARV minus repairs and my wholesale fee I've been too low to sellers.
