Pot plants need a lot of light and water.

Most of my guests are tourists and don't want to cook, but if I had the space I would put in a small daewoo refrigerator and matching microwave so they could store and heat up leftovers.

I suppose I could clean up and keep that butcher block they left behind and place it like an island... but is that really enough prep space to cook a meal? 

I know capex = capital expenditures, so I assume you would want to allot an amount each month that goes into a pot for big things like windows, roof repairs, furnace replacement, etc?

I also wanted to scrape the popcorn ceiling that was dirty and covered in cooking oils.
