If you go through a rezone, managing interactions with neighborhood groups, City Staff and City Council will be a key component of the consultant's work, as well as making sure that all of the moving pieces match up (hiring an engineer, architect, and environmental experts for the pre-construction phase), and if you keep them on for construction, submitting building permits, plans, etc. and finding a contractor to do the work.If you want any more info, please PM me!
