Property Manager Suggestion for Detroit Northern Suburbs

Hi BP Community,

My name is Mark Harrison and I am new to the bigger pockets as a pro member.  I have been listening on youtube for about nine months and bought my first Flip home on April 15th.  I should have over 40% improvement in the home located in Warren, Michigan after all expenses have been accounted for.

I would love to BRRRR this home, however, my wife is not on board and it was a very big step for her to just buy the flip house. Therefore, I promised my wife I would sell the home. If all goes as planned, I should have the home on the market by mid June.

For my next home I would love to rent and need suggestions for a good property manager in the Detroit area.

Take Care,

Mark
