Airbnb, HomeAway, GlampingHub, and Booking.com  I've gotten bookings from all these websites but the most from Airbnb.

You can do a search on any number of government survey website for population growth, median SFH purchase price, unemployment rate etc.. to determine if it's a market that fits your desires.I did just purchase a mix use property in upstate, NY and wanted to chime in with some concepts you may or may not be aware of.   

After that book I picked up the book on rental property investing by Brandon Turner, which I am currently reading and lead me to this awesome website/community.       

Once you get that list you can start searching their websites.
