To think that this all started with watching "flip or flop", that lead me to googling wholesaling, that lead me to a ton of youtube video, which lead me to BiggerPockets which eventually lead me to my 1st deal.

Don't know anything about the course or mentor program, but I've been watching a lot of his youtube videos and he has some interesting stuff out there.

There is also a ton of free information/videos that can teach this business however, choosing a good mentor was the best decision I ever made.

Many things can be learned from others, by taking classes, watching videos, coming to forums like this.
