I have had to learn so much this week with posting the rental online.  

At BP, you can watch and learn from the free online videos and courses that BP has to offer.

You can also "Google" commercial real estate comps to see ifOther commercial online real estate platforms pop up on the screen.

Then call them if you can, some online sites provide or a broker can get it if they ever listed their house before.

Also BP just started some online learning programs that are top notch. 

Hello, I'm new to this page and happened upon if when doing some research online in regards to real estate investing.

I can recommend a valid online training program.  

I'm guilty of having one national banking relationship held over from the days the little guys weren't online, but they are now.  

"Pre-foreclosure" really only means "prior to the auction sale", not "pre-filing".That said, if there's still a hard-copy newspaper in your target area, check the legal notices, or try their on-line news website if it does not require a subscription.
