Thought I would turn to the wisdom and experience of the board in getting some pre-advice before talking to my attorney more.This concerns a property here in Florida (Dade).Quick rundown is we are the lender on the property, the deed is in/mortgagor is a dissolved LLC.

I commend you also for recognizing the wisdom of Rich Dad book at such a young age.My advice is that since you will likely not have RE investment opportunities while in Korea, try to hone your entrepreneurial instincts.  

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to own large apartment complexes.I look forward to learning from your wisdom and experiences and hopefully connecting with many of you as I make this journey.Here's to a great beginning!
