I try to copy the type of structure thats working (changing the elevation) and use those as comps when I go to use a DSCR loan on the back end to pull money backend.Knowing what strategy you are going for would help me direct in a more accurate way.

It all depends on the answers to those types of questions.Personally, I don't mind higher leverage. 

There also may be ways to enjoy some tax benefits in other types of taxes like gift and/or estate taxes, depending on your goals and family situation, if those are topics that you want to discuss with your estate planning & tax attorney as well.

You have these and other team members on your team for exactly these types of questions.

would hurt anything would be it might decrease the number of types of debt you have but I’d just be happier to have less debt and work on building up your credit score in other more positive ways like paying off some credit cards if you have balances on any of them.
