My goal in starting this new venture are as follows:- Be able to earn $50k a month (either thru my own efforts or by putting together a sales team)- Build a business that has leverage and can scale up- Have it run without me present for day to day operationTomorrow (7/8) I will be traveling to Phoenix to start looking at some properties and areas so I can start my mapping and marketing. 

Last year we put them under property management due to my frequent government travel.

We asked Traveler's insurance (our provider) if they could add the entity as an additional insured, and they were unwilling.

I have been traveling on the road a lot this summer and began obsessively listening to the bigger pockets podcast.

This kind of service  helps owners with the advertisement(s) of their vacation rental property as well as handling all communications with travelers before, during & after their stay, handles payment schedules, send rental agreements, communicate with the housekeeping/maintenance staff and follow up with the guests to request that they submit a review of their stay at your property.

Our long-term goal is to have multiple units that allows us to invest full-time, retire early and travel as a family. 

@Margot BaldwinAs mentioned earlier, you are leaving a lot of information out for people to make an informed decision.i am not even sure how people are already commenting that you are in a great position without knowing all the facts.If we are talking about retirement, at the very least, we would need information such as the living expenses that you plan to spend on a yearly basis(living, food, entertainment, gym, travel, etc).Rental income of $5,300 a month appears to be gross.
