Would like to hear from my fellow investors who have invested in notes on how they have structured their LLC/S-corp.

So the deal is working where I will have a owner financed portion of $110 structured as a land contract with a wrap to allow me to get financing from the bank.  

You can have the two separate structures, and rent out the ADU, but that's exactly what it is " an accessory to your main home."  

I said no more and went on my way to read up and structure the perfect deal.
