Depends on access.....likely will need a tow behind concrete pump to get it in place.

Renting the home is high risk, Tenants do damage, stop paying rent, skip out without paying and create all sorts f stressful situations for home owners.

You need to file paperwork with the county though to stop it from being reassessed and alert them it is a parent-child transfer.
