I would advise that you hire the services of a real estate attorney to draft the necessary documents in relation to the by laws of your state.

Because if you have an existing box and mainly running services, adding some interior walls to create rooms, etc., 325 seems kinda rich.

They do integrate with our tenant screening service so I'm biased but I like the fact they provide options to let the client pick what fits their needs best.

I have had a couple of independent units here and there as well a a house, and they have worked out great.
