It was more about creating a 'lifestyle' business like an online business that you can run from everywhere and hiring virtual assistants to run it.

I would also seek legal counsel in the same area where your property is to find out how you can minimize your fines.

The city I'm investing is very political so I knew I needed to seek out the architect and attorney who in this case do about 95% of all of the submissions in the city and get most applications past. 

Another option you could explore would be reaching out to the successful teams/agents in your area and see if they might be in need of an office assistant or inside sales agent with the ability to move in to being an agent.

I want to make the offer contingent on equity with the seller assisting with closing.
