Beware, this scam artist also gives a lame reason as to why he can't accept a payment through a paypal protected purchase.

Either the deal for the $100K fell through, or the $70K offered selling price is a scam.

Those types of deals are usually a scam and you should be careful. 

I started to feel like it could be a scam.

Even though they have the name and address correct, that doesn't solve the trust issue and could be scamming customers. 

Similarly if it comes back at 10,000, they might be a scam too.
