Say you pay it, stop the foreclosure, you just paid someone elses bill - you saved them for foreclosure - that is a nice donation you made.

And finally, of course, the last option is to just keep saving and waiting until you can afford the house you want.

Of course, talk to CPA as they said previously. also ask if you could collect rent and put in a money market or something for her as a forced savings. 

At my daily job , I try to make enough to pay all my family’s bills , pay down 1k debt a day and save 1k a day in savings .

I also have 11 other LTR doors in the city (also do extremely well).If you have a high capacity to save more capital you could do BRRRR's in Detroit.

I don't have much in the way of equity but continue to save to buy my first property, I have great credit and a DSCR lender who is willing to lend to me, but I am missing the equity for the deals.

Maybe it hasn't appreciated much, but if you saved that 900 in cash flow for 3 years, you'd have $32,400.
