@Heath Ryans I don’t remember all the rules on the TSP, but I took a loan from mine to purchase my first house.

Option 3 is a lease option scenario is the main diff with mine, and I start with all cash, then grow the price with SF and a LO as option 2 or 3. 

Without mentioning names they own 7300 units in Southeast and a growing company.

I'm working to grow my broker/investor networks, and track individual projects better as I pursue my next syndication.

Probably paid too much initially but market is growing and is still hot.

I play in Box Elder and Weber and Buy and Hold, I think it has worked out fine for me, need to remember you make money on the purchase...so you have to be careful make sure the numbers work with the rents in the market.
