Especially in markets like Denver and Dallas which are experiencing huge amounts of population growth.We are probably due for a recession anyways, but the political atmosphere could push us into one quicker, and maybe a little harder than in a normalized environment.

Bryan,I think from a cashflow perspective (income reductions that have happened to people in the recession) he was unable to pay them back, at the going rate, so he let them lapse.
