You can work with a list broker to pull a custom list for your area.

If your primary focus is to flip housing then a hard/private money lender is your best bet. 

So if you're wanting to sell data, you would need to know; what your customers want, if you can gather the data they want, if you can try to automate it, and find a pricing structure that works.
