Looking for rentals that will both appreciate quickly as well as turn positive cash flow.

To hear all the positives about it and that there are deals was really inspiring for me personally.

I really like meeting people face to face and establishing positive relationships.

I love the sound of that; however, I suspect that would only occur if my money was parked in a great note fund with 1st position mortgages.

Let me repeat, there is 100% absolutely positively no angle or workaround here. 

Was the reason for their following generation being smaller than the proceeding generation and That north America has a mirrored demographic that could put us economically in the same position.

Would love to bother my realtor but due to our currenet lease we are not in a position to buy until November-January.

The analysis isn't quite as straightforward as looking at each individual deal and seeing if the cash flow is positive on individual properties unless you're planning on only purchasing a single property.  

Hint: If an investment property won't cash flow positively while paying back a mortgage of 75% its value, then it won't help you grow your investing career!
