I believe it will go a long way to getting more business not only because she will be pleasantly surprised when you give her the fee, but she will likely talk to others she knows and they may also bring you deals in the future.

The fed doesn’t want to shock the economy too much in the next year due the election.

We refinanced 2 rental properties last year with the hopes of pulling some of the equity out and were shocked at how much it would cost to get cash out.

I was quoted for $5k+ and was in a bit of a sticker shock.

For all you know the tenant left a hose or tub running, maybe one of their family members did, or they left someone borrow some water, and now are shocked and trying to get out of a bill they clearly owe.

You'd be shocked how many PMs are renters themselves and have no idea about investment strategy and that has a big impact on how you manage properties.
