Are your in-laws more interested in remote cabin/ski resort STR's or more of a Seattle/Urban STR?

I haven't actually talked to a lender yet about a particular transaction but I know this sort of financing is out there and I wish to understand it before I go to a lender (if a private money lender turns out to be my last resort).Thank you!

You're right in my wheelhouse - I live here - so I'll do what I can:1. 4 season is getting tougher there because it is getting warmer and there are more days where the ski resorts can't keep powder on the ground.

You should definitely speak with @Shawn Mcenteer who can help direct you in finding the right home for your needs.Haha yes I too am a ball player so I’ve heard it my whole life I appreciate the mention I will reach out to him, I am just starting out in this investment multi home I know that this is the place to ask questions and gather insight on people that wish they would’ve could’ve done something different just trying to avoid mistakes other people made and better myself.

I could also see the north side of the river developing nicely ... there’s nothing there other than a Westin resort. 

While big players can also effect the housing market and real estate I think the pool is too big for them to move SFH prices efficiently.

Are there known big players in this market I should follow?
