I was wondering if anybody has gone through this process and is willing to share any tips or resources they have use to make the process easier?

Once you have them under contract, just post them here under the Classifieds forum.Of course, to do it right you'll need many pics, an outline of any needed repairs, projected ARV with supporting data, etc.

Some have online systems, and others require you to go in person.

Digitize physical receipts for easy storage.Additionally, youcan track income and expenses consistently, using software or spreadsheets.I use QuickBooks Online for most of my clients.

And can you guys recommend me on how to get into the wholesaling game and how to learn (Books, courses, etc....)
