Hi @Takako Smith, There are numerous issues discussed throughout this thread, so I will try to address each one of them.First, you cannot sell Relinquished Property and structure a 1031 exchange into new Replacement Property that you then rent back to yourself.

Since the large title companies are national they don't care about this new GA change. 

You seem to be doing the right thing and your relocation to southern Florida unless Trump "screws" the immigration from other nations that are looking to be in a country that offers so much.
