Looking for realtors / wholesalers with inventory in Detroit

Hi Detroit community,

I'm looking for realtors and/or wholesalers who have available residential inventory and are interested in being connected with motivated buyers.

I work for a local PM that receives numerous inquiries a day from investors looking to purchase rental properties in Detroit. My PM is strictly focused on management, and as such, we don't sell properties ourselves.

In order to provide a valuable resource to those buyers, it's important for me to have a reliable network of highly recommended professionals that I can refer leads to based on their needs.
