@Steve Babiak,Thanks for bringing to my attention that the chat in mobile safari acts very strange right now.

It is also just an example - you would be putting in a lot of time and effort into replicating an existing and well-established means of networking - a rather inside-the-box solution.I think the true potential BP has as a network management tool is that it has the advantage that none of the other network management tools (google groups, outlook contact lists, the latest network-savvy app du jour, etc.) have.

I keep all my documents, invoices, bills, leases, everything scanned and saved in digital format on my computer, and cloud-backed up to a service that allows me to access all my files over a smart phone app or on the web from anywhere anytime.

I have been looking at some of the mobile homes along the beach in Encinitas, and condos in Mission Beach area, wondering if I could use them as VRs. 

Every time I try to view an image another poster has posted it shuts down my BP APP.

Today I took action on checking out a potential sellers mobile home.

I own a smaller portfolio of multifamily properties (less than 50 units) and am curious if the Bigger Pockets world has any favorite apps, websites, accounting/management software, etc. that are recommended and make life as a landlord easier.  

Just ask the seller if a mobile home can still occupy these lots or just go out there and check the boxes yourself.  

I just filled out the app.  

Butt it you download apps for real-estate definitions and learn the words you don't know first and also their meanings it will start making sense when you see them abbreviated, than when you come across words you don't know,  it will be quick to look up and learn as you go.
