Am I about to spread ourselves too thin?

It honestly just seems like the rise of social media has people scamming those who don't know any better into buying their courses and ebooks and wasting their time just like day traders and others.

But reality will soon set in and you’ll realize that algorithm and bp calculations don’t pan out in real life because we are dealing with people not spread sheets ...when your tenant snorts the rent money up his nose , the contractors robbed you and left a disaster , code enforcement is breathing down your throat ,insurance company cancels you .

So if my spread is more than the next guy b/c I found a contractor who does a good job for less money, is the appraisal suddenly in jeopardy?

For the most part It seems pretty harmless to let a tenant of 9 years to become your friend on social media.

I have the cash for the down payment and have the assets to cover the 6 months expenses but its going to spread me pretty thin.

They might do a couple of social media posts about it, but I wouldn't expect a mass mailing that would basically parrot everything that's been in the news, on TV and the radio for the past 3 years.

This made spreading it so much easier!

The money is in the spread, not the interest.
