I agree, if you are already getting top dollar why put more money in and not be sure if you could rent the units for the higher amount.I know the feeling because I bought a duplex and I have to remind myself it is an investment and although I live in it, I don't need to make it perfect.

I looked up the property on the Charleston county site and found that the owners address was the same as the subject property.With MLS I have access to a different tax site (CRS Data) that lists the owners actual mailing address.

I have a commercial mortgage through them that in fine print said something about possibly changing interest rate after 5 years even though it's a "fixed" loan.I asked about this and I remember them saying that they remind you of that time period coming up and you can usually talk to them about keeping the rate the same.

You need a very focused keyword list with Ad copy that speaks to your potential leads.Online leads are completely different then direct mail leads.
