Once you have a clear picture of what your goals are, seek out a mentor who's already achieved what you're aiming for.

I think Dave Ramsey(who I respect but don't worship, lol) would be highly disappointed in me for even thinking about doing this, SMH.

As that will at least help folks that you reach out to know that you are a real person, with a picture and professional bio.

I think first off what kind of money is involved here..  1 acre prime commercial worth 500k or 1 acre of high AZ desert worth 10k..

Not pictures for me to tell, but a light cosmetic rehab should run you at least $30k. 

Even in a perfect market with low interest rates and high resale numbers, and the perfect Contractors and Property Managers.....
