I know I will probably get blasted for saying this, but the more respectful a person’s grooming habits are the more responsible they will appear in many a seller’s mind. 

Folks from all levels greatly benefit from these programs and I can't help but see the glaring problems that would come from the federal government cutting spending and pulling money out of communities causing real economic harm especially in the name of a balanced federal budget.

You're not responsible for disposing of his illegally dumped environmentally harmful trash.

Then again like a knife it can be used to save your life or harm you as well =).

City councils don't have a clue except that landlords are harming children and that's how this snowball started in Rochester, NY 10 years ago.

Do not get into the habit of waving fees.

Where you have multiple tenants on a common heater:remove tenant controls and YOU set the tempgo to a zone control system for each unit.The problem you face is HEAT and water are conditions for habitability and you don't want the city/count/state to get involved - - solve asap.

My question is what are some things that can be done daily to "build your busines" or things that one can turn into habits/ disciplines that are beneficial to new or old investors?
