I don't see this as a positive change for hosts, but there are other platforms.

And lastly a property management platform.

I asked for support on adding AirBnB to the platform and was told for AirBnB I just needed to follow some simple instructions but for VRBO which was already working I’d need to add a credit card payment processor.

Cozy also has a really clean platform and good record keeping.

And if you look around on the crowdfunding platforms that cater to individual investors, it's no accident that is mostly multifamily (and, until recently, retail) product.    

We are under 30 and ready to make it happen and so grateful to have found this platform!

Syndications are a platform for raising money and aren’t singular to multifamily apartments.

That's always a gamble though and new construction rarely works for rentals.
