Up our rental to the market, the comparable properties at that rent level or a tad above, the caliber of tenant is more to that rent level, if yours is on the upper end in quality and function then you may snag a tenant in the rent spectrum that appreciates your property more, no guarantee, that also goes to your tenant selection.

If the matter is a function of missed payments then an extension of the number of missed payments should produce the original plan of paying to zero in X number of payments.

I think the main reason why Wholesalers don't buy from Realtors is that Realtors are ALREADY do the same function as Wholesalers and SHOULD be able to find Buyers for the same level of price (otherwise, once the word got out, those Realtors would/should be out of a job)!

My goal is always to educate myself at much as possible before jumping in to anything "in real life".I know those were just 2 examples of people in your REIA, but I've already confirmed the building classifications with the assessor's office, and I'm working with a local foreclosure attorney/title company to do title searches to assess lien priorities and liabilities.

However, the intellectual worth required for playing at higher levels takes time and practice - it takes being in the game long enough to develop perspective and skills...My point is that my entry into the game, and as such my ability to be here now doing what I do, is a function of NMD - this was the only way to get it for me.

You'll want to keep gutters functioning well and grade the ground around the foundation to minimize water issues in old foundations. thats just a small list.
