Vision Appraisal - Absentee Owners

Here in my state a lot of the towns use Vision Appraisal for their property card info.  I use it quite a bit in my area to look up tax info, past sales, etc.

Lately I have be tinkering with the search functions a lot more and found some really cool capabilities within the system.  One thing I haven't been able to figure out is if you can search for out of state owners though Vision Appraisal? Anyone have experience with this? Is it possible?
