I don’t have any equipment yet so that’s another investment and need storage so I would need a shed.

Rental amounts are also not always apples-to-apples, make sure you are comparing accurately, as per square feet, bedrooms/bathrooms, driveways, storage space, etc. 

I also use a cloud file storage service to manage my paperwork, including the property management statements I get each month.

I ran my numbers off $1,600 rent for each side and $125 for a separate garage that I'd rent to someone for storage purposes. 

The touters of MF, MHP, self storage don't (ever to my memory) talk about what life is like actually owning one of these miracle cash makers???   

Hello,There is a commercial property I am looking to get under contract, pending financing, to build a self-storage facility and have a few questions. 

This led me to start thinking of creating an LLC to write off all rehab including fresh paint, new flooring, etc.
