Hello Dennis Williams I think the previous posts about having high efficiency appliances and storage are huge value adds for a multifamily unit.I think partnering with local businesses to showcase a sense of community could be an interesting way to leverage the common areas, such as fruit markets, coffee tastings, or other communal activities.

I also like the new money show.I think being active on this site is great for moving along your real estate goals for a few reasons:1- you learn a ton from people who are doing this every day2- you get to see other's questions and often the information offered is useful to you as well3- you start being visible to other investors and can make connections with either local investors or others doing what you are interested in (flipping, wholesaling, buy and hold, etc.)Good luck!
