Herald Supnet I need advice on property lines

I only give them a short time (about 5 days) to meet for the lease signing before they lose their exclusive rights to the unit, so this prevents someone from dragging their feet after they've signed the contract to hold.Once the lease is signed, I take down the ads and send out emails to people in mid-marketing flow letting them know that the apartment has been rented but I will reach out if something falls through.

The stairs terminate at my neighbors exclusive parking spot, which she has recently told me i can no longer access because i plan on putting in a fence that separates our back yards which she is used to using all of, thus inhibiting me from accessing my back yard from the front.

Just trying to help in these tiny chunks.Fwuw A commercial deal i ended up getting in contract and eventually buying was off market, but that was after a year and a 1/2 of struggling with various brokers even stupidly signing an exclusive buyer's broker agreement for 6 months which I don't recommend.
