Besides, to much information for a motivated seller will just confuse them and scare them off.Seo on the other hand is not that hard to do if you are staying local and have a good idea of the techniques that work best.

It was a widely used technique in the days before the 'net, but not so much now.

Not a high success technique but it is free and easy and will at least get your feet in the water.There is a billion other things you can do but this is a simple little list to get started and you don't need much knowledge or clear direction to do them.

I completed a similar rehab: needed insertion of beams for structural support when we took down a wall between dining and kitchen, plus new deck, and a few window enlargements.  

The problem is that the properties are about 3 hours away. does anyone have any techniques on how to give a wholesale price on a property that you have never seen or that you have never seen a picture of it.
