Hi all,I just set up my LLC and now want to get some business cards, and email address, and at least reserve a domain name.

Use "Make Deals" forum to post deal, once you have enough posts on the forums.]How does one get someone to contact them on this site if you can't post personal email?

You really should check stuff like this out on Snopes.com That email has been going around for years.

My students that put signs out regulary get a lot of calls.For me marketing is a blend of on-line and off-line marketing combining direct-to-door (e-mail; flyers on mailboxes; direct mail) and mass marketing (billboards; bandit signs; display ads; bus benches).

Again, they likely won't have patience for someone representing themselves who doesn't know the process;- Include a scanned copy of an earnest money check and either proof of funds or a pre-qualification letter (if you're getting financing);- Either fax or email the completed offer to the agent (depending on their preference);- Wait to hear something back.- If the offer is countered or there are multiple offers, the agent will email or call you.

That said, I don't disagree with the statement, I actually agree with it, however, I feel it is an opinionated statement and not fact.
