What you will find is that there are more duplexes that will attract professionals as tenants than four families: moats have been built as affordable housing in clusters and are typically 1 or 2 bedroom units.

Even if I don't do this deal, I am working with a lender to refi my primary residence so I can get my FHA back and do a 203k on a duplex, so I'm going to need an agent soon. 

Like I am avoiding condo prop for big mgmt fees and costly insurance.

I have went to local banks and have spoken to loan officers about buying SFH or duplex.

Now on to the post, I came across what appears to be a good deal, it's a packaged deal of six duplexes (owner will only sell as a package) that is being offered at $145,000.

We are fairly new to this, we own 2 duplexes.
