Hello,Would you assume a loan on an apartment complex that was actually bonds?

Two people betting with one winner and one loser.The topic overall is complex but lets focus on making money.

I know the Cap Rate formula is a little more complex, but I heard this was a simplified version of it.

I sometimes feel like there are more real estate "get rich programs" than there are fad "weight loss" diets.

However, it is not ideal for more complex communication.

There aren't many 1 bedrooms in this complex.

I want to work toward eventually owning an apartment complex.

I didn't advertise or use anyone else's money.Is this kind of deal the level of complexity that you all were discussing, and I'm totally wet behind the ears, or is it quite likely to go off without a hitch?

Overall this complex just looks like it has completely suffered from owner neglect.

Your budget has alot to do with the degree of accounting expertise you need and what you intend to do.Accounting can be pretty simple or very complex, so you need to provide more info.....please don't make us pull teeth here, put everything out there to get the best advice, :)
