I'm looking for some software suggestions.Ive always done everything old school and I'm trying to set this up as organized and professionally as possible and save myself some headache.Maybe some sort of project management software for organization?

Also I'm looking for accounting software to help with the books?

It's not clear from your post...but most CPA firms are going to prepare and file the forms for you...they're not going to let you DIY forms online and then submit them for you.If you want to DIY you're best suited to using DIY software, for which a simple google search should pull up the biggest and most well known.

Making your tax software behave this way could be tricky though.

We started off buying a simple Sean Terry course to learn about wholesaling and we spent thousands on buying leads and skips and software and we do lots of calling out.

Everything else I track in QuickBooks, so I don't need anything more from a property management software at this time (I only have 1 rental).
