I have been looking at some of the mobile homes along the beach in Encinitas, and condos in Mission Beach area, wondering if I could use them as VRs. 

Today I took action on checking out a potential sellers mobile home.

Just ask the seller if a mobile home can still occupy these lots or just go out there and check the boxes yourself.  

Builders risk will help you if your investment burns down but it might be useless if someone falls off the roof. 

I speak from experience that with a small budget it may seem like a cheap way of finding properties but the amount of gas you burn with these prices is crazy.

It's great for flips because it can be used as a mobile system on different properties.

It's like a combination of wet welcome mat and burns.

I've already learned about mobile home investing, Dodd Frank and SAFE Act, and that's just this morning!
