No money in "gold plating."

We also have some real shockers here too, however, there are just as many worth their weight in gold, its just finding them, sometimes they can move from agency to agency purely based on the unrealistic expectations of the employer.

You have achieved beyond that already.Are you knowledgeable in some other type of investment strategy (stocks, mutual funds, bonds, gold, etc) where you could have done better considering the amounts you have invested?

It's a gold mine that I unfortunately didn't discover until I was relocated.

And whoever asked the question about my self-directed IRA I was in and how I didn't know, I thought it was one that I could only buy gold in. 

I know this site holds up as the gold standard buying a home in which you can "force appreciation" or do some "sweat equity."

There's hidden gold in some deals that can make a property worth more than it appears at first.
