We use NTN for the landlords so they can see the score 0-100, as well as all backdated on potential applications.

It seems like a really great tool that not only collects rent, but can handle tenant applications and screening, track expenses, manage maintenance requests and can create a website for advertisement.

Some lenders will offer lower interest rates above a certain dollar amount, and then some shady character brokers will charge a fee for putting your application in below a certain dollar amount also.
