The the one big flaw with capitalism is the big banks and Fed/ spending printing machine.

I own it outright and it's a cash flow machine even with a loan on it - It's worth around 70k and rents for $1,350. 

You will only make a small percentage of each sale....but youll have leads coming in quicker..and they will slot you into their machine and get you earning money quicker.

You're going to have to either establish a close circle of wholesalers who can feed you off-market deals at a reasonable price, or you'll need to establish a powerful marketing machine to find the deals yourself. 

I'm all for building a massive marketing machine.

This will allow more particles through but will cause less strain on the machine and make it more efficient.

Properties in RDG are cash flow MACHINES.
