Hi All, Setting up my first MTR, an detached ADU in my backyard.

My sister had a owner occupant setting fires and the kids getting enough calls finaly got help for he.

@Alejandro Ferrer you can have thermostats that limit the temperature the heat can be set to but where are you located that you think they can turn the heat off when they aren't home? 

I have separate bank accounts set up for the property but was wondering if I should get a credit card as well? 

I use it for multiple businesses so makes sense for me to purchase the desktop version.I always set up a bank account for each property (no matter the holding entity) so the accounting is easier to filter through.
