@Lee Ripma I'm curious what areas of KC you find are nice areas where you can buy a SFH off the MLS that the TK companies don't work in?

It's got people from Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, and independence.

@Rodney Taylor, obviously you do not know what mason lath is, mason lath is a wood shim that is used mostly for doing plaster work ( you see it in old homes in the walls) and doesn't rust, it is not diamond lathe which is metal, that is used for stucco and cement tile jobs, which could rust and is what you are probably thinking of. cement board is not porous like you think it is, it does not soak through the board, if done properly and all joints are sealed with thinset and mesh tape, if grout fails there will not be any problems.
