New to Syndication - what should my business cards say?
SFH landlord and flipper here. I am jumping into Syndication with both feet - networking, educating myself and even attending the Syndication Seminar in Dallas the weekend of V-Day. My question is, for networking purposes, what should my business cards say? It isn't like I've actually syndicated a deal yet but I'd like to build my network and need something to hand out. Suggestions?

Congrats on daring to think big, and on the hard work you're putting into educating yourself about the great world of syndications.
It's great that you pay attention to the small stuff but don't overthink it man. Just use one of the cards that you already have for your flipping business, or write Real Estate Investor on the new card, or just write your name with no titles. It really doesn't matter.
Focus instead on being present, curious, and real. Make sure you are spending more time listening than talking. Ultimately, try to build true connections vs. trying to give out and collect as many business cards as possible.
