In my opinion, the difference between those that like the book and those that don't is whether someone is a 'big picture person' or a 'small detail person'.The Big picture person can look beyond little details and connects with a concept, an idea - the big picture - and then works inward to create the necessary parts to put it all together. 

Check out the Education tab at the top, and both read and listen to everything relevant until you start to gain a clearer picture on what you need to do. 

I would picture that situation where the seller is very motivated and the place needs a lot of work.

It's not clear what the $20k demand really does to the whole picture without real details of numbers and balances, etc.

That one was dismissed by a court, they refiled against me in another court, my lawyer showed them they had been snookered (I had pictures of everything).

I shoot pictures with my phone and dictate the narrative ... much faster than trying to type on my phone.
