New GUY WANTING TO LEARN

hey Guys/Gals im new to here and wanting to make a better life for me and my family. i know if i put in the time and effort here i could make an actual decent living. i have no money to invest but i was told from a friend you don't have to have money to start off.  So does anyone have any tips or places to start specifically. i want to buy and flip houses that's my dream job and its time to get started on my dream so any help or tips would be awesome
